My fiance and I had purchased a 2009 Toyota Matrix from Tarbox in January 2012 and unbeknownst to us, our family increased by one in November of that same year. We gradually grew too large for the hatchback and needed to upgrade to a larger vehicle... which we thought we would wait until the Summer to do. We went in for a routine oil change on March 31st of this year ... year, went up to the Showroom to look at a few SUV options and met with Jess Camp. Jess showed us the 2014 RAV 4 and we knew this was the car or us. He was personable, knowledgeable, and had a similar situation to us as he is a new dad to a 9 week old daughter. I felt so at ease with Jess; he really listened to our situation and knew what the best fit for us would be. We met with Edgar Pinto to finalize our paperwork and we drove home in our new 2014 RAV 4 that same night. Edgar ensured that we understood all that we were signing and went into detail when we had questions. He was amazing with guiding us through the lease process. Both Jess and Edgar called us to check in various times in the two weeks we have had our new car and I couldn't be more pleased with their customer service. I would recommend any of my family or friends to Tarbox and tell them to ask for Jess while in the Showroom.

This was my first experience dealing with Tarbox Toyota and I came away very impressed. Every one I had contact with was friendly, informative, and knowledgable. I would not hesitate to recommend them to a friend, especially now that they are relocating to a brand new facility on Route 2 in North Kingstown.
