Just purchased a 2013 Rav4 Limited. The car sells itself. Great facilities & Mitch Carter is awesome. He makes a not very consumer friendly experience bearable.
My mom (88 years old) and I (her daughter) had a wonderful experience at Tarbox Toyota as we went through the process of selecting and purchasing a brand new silver 2-door 2014 Yaris for my mom. John Morrissey, our salesman, was courteous and very accommodating to all of our car questions and needs. He worked with us to get a great deal and explained the car features ... thoroughly. He also followed up with us to be sure we were satisfied with our purchase. My mom is very happy driving her brand new car. We are a Toyota family, with an Avalon and a Corolla, and now we have a Yaris too. We call the 3 cars in our driveway Papa Bear, Momma Bear and Baby Bear. : ) We recommend Tarbox Toyota and will return for future Toyota purchases.
Very pleased with experience of purchasing new car from Jay Bruno at Tarbox. Had visisted during last week of December but decided to hold off for a bit. Then after seeing increase in price of gas and the incentive of zero percent for 60 months decided to give Jay a call to see what he had for Corolla S models, called me back promptly and said he had one left ... ft, suggested I put a deposit to hold the car until I could get to the showroom to meet him. He was very cooperative with my schedule and offered to come in on his day off if need be. I called him Saturday morning to tell him I could be there about noon time. We were greeted outside by a Tarbox employee, told him our names and he said Jay was inside waiting for us. Jay had the car pulled up out front with a full tank of gas and plates on it for us to take a test drive. Upon our return he greeted us outside and then we went inside and went over the numbers. We thought the numbers were fair so we decided to buy. The next step was the financing which also ran smoothly. Honestly this was the first time I have been in and out of a car dealership in the least amount of time. Sarkis, the finance representative was also very professional and moved the process right along rather quickly.
We were debating on when we would buy a new car. My husband contacted Andrew Wallace in internet sales he was fantastic. He would get right back to my husband, every time we had questions. We went in, found a car we loved and Bill Derby made everything simple and quick. Bill took the time with us....even when it was just us and the cleaning crew left in the building ... . He never rushed us and was so easy to talk to. I would recommend him to anyone!
I was originally dealing with another salesman by telephone and email. I believe his name was Jared Smith. He was very responsive. When I arrived to do the deal, at the price quoted by Jared, I got taken over by Anton Dushi. He proved to be terrific. We put together the contract and then I had to wait for my car -- after a few weeks, I called Anton to find out status ... tatus and thereafter, he kept me apprised of the progress of getting the car from Japan to N. Kingstown. I would recommend Anton to anyone looking to buy a Toyota -- straight, responsive and responsible. Only negative. When I arrived to pick up the car, inspected it, etc, I was then ushered into a room with a business guy, who tried to sell me all sorts of additional warranty, etc. I had to become a bit emphatic that I had no interest in anything he was offering to get on with buying the car. But, that said, I am most satisfied with my experience with Tarbox and with Anton especially.
